Based in the Melrose neighborhood of the Bronx, a stone’s throw from Yankee Stadium, the BDC uses community-based documentary practice and education to explore vital issues, stimulate critical thought, and drive social change. Now completing their 15th year of programming, they have built a true hub for the neighborhood, with nearly 70% of all attendees claiming THE BX as their place of residence.
